• A 3-hour drive (220 km) to Mount Sinai and St. Catherine.

Climbing Mount Sinai

• The climb starts at 1:00 AM, with the descent at 7:00 AM.
• Witness the sunrise from the 2,285-meter-high peak.
• A torchlight will be provided for the hike.
• You can ride a camel for two-thirds of the way (optional), but the last 700 steps must be done on foot.
• Enjoy tea and snack stops along the way (optional).

Breakfast at St. Catherine’s Monastery

• After descending, breakfast will be served at a local restaurant near the monastery.

Visit St. Catherine’s Monastery

• Open 8:45 AM – 11:45 AM (except Fridays, Sundays, and Coptic religious holidays).
• A Greek Orthodox monastery, home to ancient religious and historical artifacts.
• Visit the St. Catherine’s Museum, featuring icons from the 15th and 16th centuries.

Return to Sharm El Sheikh

• Departure from St. Catherine’s Monastery at 11:45 AM.
• Arrive back at your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh around 13:30 (1:30 PM).
